Estilo de aprendizaje y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Pedagogía de la Actividad Física y Deporte

Resumen
La presente investigación trata sobre los estilos de aprendizaje y su relación con el rendimiento académico en la Carrera de Pedagogía de la Actividad Física y Deporte revela que los estudiantes presentan diversos estilos de aprendizaje que influyen en su desempeño académico en asignaturas teóricas y prácticas. Se identificaron principalmente cuatro estilos de aprendizaje: lectura/escritura, auditivo, visual y kinestésico. Los estudiantes con un estilo lectura/escritura obtienen mejores calificaciones en asignaturas teóricas debido a la alineación con métodos tradicionales basados en textos y escritura. En cambio, los estudiantes auditivos y visuales muestran un rendimiento moderadamente inferior, lo que indica que las estrategias pedagógicas actuales no satisfacen completamente sus necesidades de aprendizaje. Los estudiantes kinestésicos, quienes aprenden mejor a través de la acción y la experiencia, enfrentan un desajuste significativo con las asignaturas teóricas, lo que limita su rendimiento. Así que, se recomienda adaptar las metodologías pedagógicas, incorporando estrategias multimodales que integren recursos auditivos, visuales y kinestésicos, además de los tradicionales métodos de lectura/escritura. El uso de grabaciones, actividades prácticas, simulaciones, diagramas y videos puede mejorar el rendimiento académico y hacer la enseñanza más inclusiva. De esta manera, se lograría un enfoque pedagógico más equitativo que beneficie a todos los estudiantes, optimizando su aprendizaje y rendimiento en la carrera.
