The challenges of peace justice in Ecuador

Abstract
In all times of Humanity, justice has become the main instrument for regulating social relations between people. Codes, customs, traditions have given way to the creation of different ways of doing justice, many of them have transcended the history of humanity as the most outstanding, however, many of those have been characterized by remaining in time, respecting for thousands of years, the forms of organization of human collectives. Peace justice not only represents one of these mechanisms to maintain social stability, but over time, it has managed to position itself in many parts of the world as the first way to resolve conflicts between people. , without a doubt its results have not only managed to position this justice system as the most effective, but has also fostered among people the ability to maintain social peace.

Patricio Fernando Guillín Aldás, was born in the canton of San José de Chimbo, Province of Bolívar on October 4, 1979, Lawyer of the courts of justice of Ecuador, and master in Constitutionalism and Local Governance. With extensive experience in the management of human rights; currently lending their contingent and knowledge to the Ecuadorian State, in the justice system. My experience in this research has given me the opportunity to learn more about alternative Conflict Resolution mechanisms, giving me the opportunity not only to make visible the need to strengthen the peace justice system, but also to propose practical initiatives to strengthen the service that this alternative justice promotes.

Oscar Alejandro Vega Clavijo, was born in the Quito canton, Pichincha Province on December 28, 1992, Lawyer in the courts of Ecuador, and master in Constitutionalism and Local Governance.
Speaker and workshop leader at various events held by the National Skills Council and CONAGOPARE, regarding current regulations, application of governance mechanisms and parliamentary procedure of Rural Parochial Decentralized Autonomous Governments.
