Circular economy in the strategic and sustainable vision of modern companies

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to promote a sustainable strategic business vision, which seeks economic-social development applying the circular economy, methodologically it is a documentary research, with an exploratory scope, through a documentary review, and includes proposals to promote sustainability and the circular economy toward better decisions in modern organizations. Globalization generates changes and impacts on environmental factors, including economic, social and ecological factors, which are affected by increases in production where the linear economic model of taking resources, producing, consuming and eliminating constantly creating waste affects sustainability, which is why a circular economy model is necessary in production and a strategic business vision towards sustainability with immediate initiatives but also with long-term planning, through the responsible procurement of raw materials; the design of innovative and ecological processes and products; production by reusing materials and reducing waste; sustainable distribution; consumption in conjunction with consumer education; recovery of products or materials; as well as recycling to deliver products that went through circular initiatives again to the market. In addition, to promote in the strategic vision of companies, green marketing, the promotion of green jobs and in the countries the promotion of ecological industries. Likewise, the human factor to improve the current situation is fundamental, hence the term human ecology and ecological ethics take on importance and must be promoted with education and motivation at the various levels of life of people, organizations and countries. Finally, four pillars are proposed from the strategic vision of the company, which are intelligence, immediacy, innovation and integration for a greater scope of the strategy according to the circular economy.
