Fixed income financing by the stock market in commercial companies of Guayaquil, 2020-2023

Abstract

The purpose of the development of the research is to analyze the financial impact generated by the Stock Market, when financing obligations of large companies in the commercial sector of the city of Guayaquil, which issue fixed income securities, in the period from 2021 to 2023; study that determines the behavior of the selected variables. Documentary research is used, which allows us to understand the theoretical bases that establish the participation of companies in the Stock Market, considering a descriptive scope that analyzes the selected variables, focusing on the issuance of fixed income securities to finance business obligations. . The selected sample made up of 14 companies determines that INDUSTRIALES ASOCIADAS TIA S.A.; EL ROSADO IMPORTING CORPORATION S. A; DIFARE. S.A., are those that maintain the greatest participation in the Stock Market when seeking financial leverage, through the issuance of fixed income.  The analysis of the selected sample explains that the three most representative companies that issue fixed income securities in the analysis period corresponding to 2021 - 2023, maintain the following participation: INDUSTRIALES ASOCIADAS TIA S.A. with 32%; EL ROSADO IMPORTING CORPORATION. S.A. with 28%; DIFARE. S.A. with 23%.
