Abstract
The article administrative management and its influence on the work performance of employees of the decentralized autonomous government of Membrillal town, Jipijapa canton, has its genesis in the fact that there are deficiencies on the part of officials of the institution, addressing the shortcomings in the management of ICT tools, limited leadership and poor training in the GAD, which reflects a weak administrative management which causes poor job performance. The objective of the work is to determine how administrative management affects the work performance of the employees of the decentralized autonomous government of the Membrillal town in the Jipijapa. The methodology applied was based on the 360-degree model, the research has a qualitative and quantitative character, based on field research, using deductive, inductive, statistical and bibliographic methods, for data collection, observation, interview and survey were used. The main results reflect that there is a deficient administrative management that negatively affects the town development.
