Entrepreneurship management: A study in the Agricultural Sector of Cantón La Maná

Abstract
This work indicates the main purposes of the reforms in the agricultural economy through the management of entrepreneurship in the canton of La Maná-Ecuador. The role of small businesses and their influence on the socioeconomic status of a region, on local consumers, on regional markets is defined. Measures to comply with state policy in the area of the agricultural sector of the economy are formulated at work. It is emphasized that the realization of the rights of producers of fair access to the means of production, resources and manufactured products will increase the effectiveness of the agricultural production of peasant farms (FC). It is found that the development of small companies (small forms of economic management) and the activation of business activity is only possible when favorable conditions for the functioning and civilized relations between farms were achieved and after the normalization of the social sphere in the country.
