Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on professional skills for business management, with emphasis on the use of the required professional skills and corporate policies for the development of human talent in the area of ​​AI. related to business management. A technology company, with 5 years of experience in the market, located in the city of Latacunga, province of Cotopaxi, was taken as a case study. It was a field study, with a quantitative approach, descriptive, non-experimental and transversal in scope, in which a survey was applied to 57 workers at managerial, intermediate and operational levels. The results showed that new technologies, linked to Artificial Intelligence, are being used in various ways in the business field, mainly, for the control of their productive operations, data analysis for decision making, automated and personalized service. for customer service and personalization of marketing campaigns. However, it is not yet fully established as a technological resource to support business management, being underutilized in the field of financial planning and management, and in the development of new products and services. Likewise, it is necessary to adapt and improve the professional skills of workers in the management of new technologies linked to AI, in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of their activities; and companies must have corporate policies for this.

Master's student at the Technical University of Cotopaxi, in the Business Administration program. Finance and Auditing Engineer, Certified Public Accountant from the University of the Armed Forces. In my experience as a bank teller and financial services assistant, located in the City of Latacunga, Ecuador, I developed key skills in handling financial transactions, customer service, and cash management. Improving my ability to work under pressure. I have been part of Research that addresses the professional ethics of the Accountant in Zone 3 of the country.

With over 15 years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of leading strategic projects in various organizations, providing innovative and effective solutions in areas such as business management, organizational development, strategic marketing, and human resources management, among others. 

My commitment to academic excellence is reflected in my role as coordinator of master's programs, where I have contributed to the design of updated and relevant curricula aimed at training professionals capable of facing the challenges of the contemporary business world. 

Additionally, I have had the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences through the publication of various articles and specialized books, addressing topics relevant to business development and strategic management
