Productivity and customer service strategies as an improvement in electricity commercialization: CNEL EP Chone Agency case

Abstract

In the course of the present research, a mixed approach has been employed with the comprehensive purpose of achieving the stated objective, which is to determine the impact of productivity and customer service strategies on the marketing of electrical energy, focusing on the specific case of CNEL EP - Agency Chone. Fieldwork was conducted in the city of Chone, aiming to survey 378 agency clients and conduct interviews with employees. In this manner, productivity and customer service strategies were analyzed as a means to enhance electrical marketing. The results obtained revealed the national energy crisis, manifested in the frequent interruption of electrical supply, which has adversely affected the company's operations and efficiency. This scenario has generated dissatisfaction among clients, particularly in areas such as incorrect billing, customer service, and electrical supply quality.

Karen Melina Rivera Chávez was born in Ecuador, in the city of Chone. 

She has a strong academic background in business administration, backed by extensive work experience focused on roles related to administrative, financial and human resource management in the public administration.
