Abstract

This entrepreneurship starts from the university classrooms where teachers teach us and learn how to create self-sustaining projects, such as Fig Filled Cookies which is a combination of a little fruit-driven fruit on the market, and a local favorite the cookie in the Ecuador which we call it CrispHigo .In academic google consultations are carried out in the range of 2012-2017 “Cookies filled with fig” and no results are obtained, “fig cream” 3 citations per year with an average of 55 related papers To the subject an H index DE 2 presents a total of 16 citations the search “biscuit with fig” 102 citations per year with an average 293 paper related altema an H index H 8 presents a total of 510 citations. In conclusion, several alternatives have been proposed in which the fig filling is not found as an undertaking that can be commercialized in Ecuador and at an international level this is the case to create fig-filled biscuits is something innovative.
