Effects of social networks on the job performance of employees in the cooperative sector

Abstract

Social media has undergone a sea change and organizations are integrating into their business processes. The use of social media may vary in the workplace, but the goal is to create and share social media. The use of social networks is inevitable in work environments; Management in organizations must find ways to get the maximum benefit from its use in business processes. Empirical research shows the effect of social media on employee job performance. A total of 238 responses were analyzed using the statistical model of factor analysis. The findings showed that social media use is highly correlated with employee job performance.
