Management of human talent in the BANI environment

Abstract
The BANI environment (acronym for brittle, anxius, non-linear, incomprehensible, which translated into Spanish is: fragile, anxious, non-linear and incomprehensible), is developed from the year 2020, where people, organizations and nations were affected by the health pandemic due to various changes in the environment. This research project carries out an analysis in the management of human talent in the BANI environment for organizations, where strategies focused on the management and retention of human talent at the operational level are investigated, which are developed by companies in the moments where a brittle, unstable, ambiguous and incomprehensible environment is generated and the strategic prospective is validated with the variable human talent of the organization. The methodology that is followed is a documentary research that allows analyzing the trends of human talent management and study of the internal and external environments, VICA and BANI, analyze strategies that many organizations implement to retain the organization's human talent. Documentary research is a qualitative research technique, the techniques used during the research process were focus groups, semi-structured interviews, surveys for population characterization and application of a Likert-type scale to have the perceived environmental quality index, through a structured questionnaire, allowing the study of organizational or corporate culture, business leadership, corporate social responsibility, productivity, change management, rethinking the company in the short term, risks, disruption, adaptation to VICA and BANI environments.Key words: Ambiguous, strategies, retention, human talent
