Abstract

Several entities of the Ecuadorian State have joined efforts to fight corruption and eradicate this evil that comes not only from the State itself but is an organized criminal political structure,

Today we have observed officials subjected to criminal proceedings, continue with their functions for which they were elected by the sovereign, It is necessary to understand if the tasks for which they were elected are not put at risk or in doubt, when a process mediates criminal in nature, without this implying an anticipated sentence or parallel to the actual prosecution.

Security will always lie then in the holder who granted the power so that it is executed with fidelity, without leading to a government of corruption or the power of the shackle.
