Abstract
Emergency logistics needs to articulate its different actors through normalized procedures for every working phase (prevention, response, recovery), establishing standardized protocols that favor their coordination. In the context of an emergency, it is essential to normalize information procedures for the inventory and operational staff regarding responses and deployments. In this sense, every member is able to known clearly the present potential of other available subsystems and human and physical resources.
