PRONATEC (2011 – 2016) programa nacional de acceso a la enseñanza técnica y empleo enfoques y perspectivas

Abstract

This article presents the first five years of the creation of the PRONATEC, Programa Nacional de Acceso a la Enseñanza Técnica y al Empleo, It began in 2011 in the Government of President Dilma Roussef, its characteristics, points critical in observations of the articles published in Brazilian universities, (PRONATEC): a critical approach, UFMG (Universidad Federal de Minas Gerais), PRONATEC and the secondary teaching relationship and the profesional education of the author Leticia de Luca Wollmann Saldanha, at UFPR, (Universidad Federal de Paraná), Professional Education Problems of Dilma Government: PRONATEC, PNE Y DCNEMs, published in the UFES(Universidad Federal de Espírito Santo) and the text, PRONATEC CUP in the Context of Training for the new (and poor) world of work, of the autor Lara Saraiva Martins, at UECE (Universidad Estadual de Ceará). The construction of the dialogue is part of visions regarding the conception of the Polytechnic professional education, as its importance in the relationship between students and workers in the process of formation for insertion or re-insertion into the world of work in the first decade of the 21st century.
