Abstract

As technology changes, so does the business environment, as there is a growing need to implement a professional differentiation strategy, especially in a market flooded with tax services that are currently carried out digitally. The introduction of digital tools worldwide and specialisation in specific areas have enabled tax accountants to remain competitive and relevant in the different contexts of developed countries, as well as the introduction of technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing. These offer efficient and personalised services to strengthen their capabilities. The use of artificial intelligence helps in faster and more accurate decision-making, promoting greater flexibility and collaboration. This combination of technologies not only optimises processes but also offers solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client. As the accounting market continues to evolve, professionals who successfully combine technology with customer service will have a significant competitive advantage; the key is to adapt these digital tools to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
