Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between customer satisfaction and the perceived quality of dog food, taking into consideration the well-being and health experienced in their pets, as well as to describe the factors that affect the quality of dog food and the effect on their well-being and health. In addition, it was sought to establish the relationship between cost and quality according to the types of food and to determine customer satisfaction in relation to the quality of dog food marketed in the Mundo Animal business. The results obtained through survey and store consultations were analyzed, observing that the perception of quality is related to health and this is the result of the characteristics of the food according to the ingredients used, It is also determined that an adequate pricing policy supports the positive perception of global satisfaction as a consequence of an adequate relationship between quality and price and that there is also an adequate management of the service that allows obtaining high ratings in relation to the overall satisfaction of customers.
