Abstract

At present, within the conformation of our society, as a heterogeneous group of individuals who have a consolidated and stratified way of life in social castes, we are experiencing important processes of social transformation, which have the tendency to development and progress promoted by the economy. that are oriented to production to satisfy basic needs, to the growth and development of cities, as well as in the peripheries of large cities, with incessant scientific advances, continuous discoveries and new technologies applied in different areas, in this context, a preponderant social sector emerges that contributes directly to the process of development, growth and enlargement of cities, it is precisely the physical and intellectual workforce developed by masons who are precisely those who dedicate themselves to hard, demanding work, overwhelming and risky in the construction process of construction works infrastructure, which is quite exploited due to different physical, psychological, economic, cultural, traditional qualities or traits that tend to a natural selection of marginalization or exclusion precisely by society.
